We take the stress out of EPCs

• We offer fixed prices for EPCs, floor plans or both. These are shown on the Prices page.
• Find the option you would like to purchase and click “Buy now”.
• You will be asked some simple questions such as your name, the address of the property and what the access arrangements are.
• Then you click through to a payment page and can pay by credit or debit card. This is a separate secure payment site and we do not see your card details.
• You will receive a confirmation of your payment from the secure payment site.
• You will also receive a confirmation of your order from us. If you have ordered an EPC this will be sufficient to show you have complied with the regulations and you or your agent is able to commence marketing.
• Depending on what you have said the access arrangements are we will call you, or whoever you have asked us to contact, and arrange to carry out the survey.
• You will usually receive the EPC and / or floor plan within 2 - 3 working days of the survey.

Occasionally there is slight delay if for example we have difficulty gaining access for the survey. We will keep you informed and discuss options with you if this is likely to be more than a couple of days.

• In most cases our EPCs and floor plans are provided electronically by email.
• We encourage use of electronic documents wherever possible to avoid paper and printing waste.
• You can opt to receive a printed copy by post as well. Currently (at the date of writing) we do not charge for this but should this change it will be indicated on the prices page.
   

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

• Are supplied as PDF files
• They are also lodged on a central register. We provide you with a link to the register and the unique reference number you will need to find it.
   

Floor Plans

• Are supplied as PDF files or as image files depending on the application and the software used.
• If we are advised that the agent uses either Mobile Agent or Metropix we may be able to provide them with a file that they can manipulate themselves. This cannot always be guaranteed.
• Floor plans are intended only to represent the layout of the property. They are not exactly to scale and in most cases do not include dimensions. In any event they are not suitable for ordering carpets etc from.
