The Energy Performance Certificate or EPC must be commissioned by sellers before marketing starts
Let us worry about providing your
EPC so you don’t have to

What is an EPC?
The EPC is a document which will show the energy efficiency for a home by giving it a rating from A to G, where A is most efficient and G is least
Landlords are also required to provide an EPC to prospective tenants for most domestic properties offered for rent.
This rating system is similar to the ratings displayed on domestic appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines
The EPC also contains recommendations on how the efficiency of the property could be improved, and the impact of those improvements
The better your energy rating, the less your property is likely to cost to heat. The lower the potential fuel bills are, the more attractive it will be for a potential buyer (or tenant)
If you can carry out the low cost improvements such as low energy lighting and loft insulation before you put your property on the market, we can give it a higher rating and it will look more attractive to buyers
EPCs are valid for 10 years and are lodged on a central register so you can always get a copy
